Brickwater Condominiums will be a four story mid rise development one block east of the South Las Vegas Strip.
The project calls for 178 urban designed condominium units on the corner of Giles Street and Mesa Verde Lane. Brickwaters will create a Live-Work community where all the different aspects of life can converge in a place you call home.
The floor plans are focused on openness to allow for a feeling of freedom. Each unit has a doorway to balcony overlooking the project or looking out into the world.
Brickwater Las Vegas Condos will be quite affordably priced at about $330 a square foot. These condo units range from 849 square feet for a one-bedroom, one-bath condo to 1,550 square feet for a two-bedroom, two-bath condo and upwards. The range is approximately between $280,170 and $511,500 for first phase pricing.
Brickwater Las Vegas will offer 11 different floor plans in varied configurations for one, two and three bedrooms. Brickwater Condominiums is planed for an early 2008 completion date.
