W Hotel Las Vegas Nevada

The W Las Vegas is scheduled to open in late 2008 and will be located at the intersection of Harmon Avenue and Koval Lane, in the Heat of Las Vegas most exciting Harmon Corridor, just east of the famed Las Vegas Strip. It will embrace the stylish, signature comforts W Hotel is renowned for, including striking architecture, multiple restaurants, exhilarating nightlife and a destination spa. W Hotel All suites will feature at least one king size bed or two queen size beds plus pull out sofas in the sitting areas. The property is slated for an expansive pool area featuring private for-sale cabanas.

They're at "First Phase" pre-sales right now, which means they haven't officially begun sales publicly yet. But they are taking "friends and family: reservations (non-unit specific and completely REFUNDABLE) as follows:

- $10,000 to Reserve a Studio
- $15,000 to Reserve a 1 bedroom
- $25,000 to Reserve a specialty unit

Your deposit for W Hotel unit will need to be increased to equal 10% at contract time in the spring when your selection is made & you receive a specific unit & Price. Another 10% is due at groundbreaking (estimated at the end of the year) with W Hotel Las Vegas completion scheduled for 2009. The prices for Studios, of about 500sq ft, will start from the $530k range. One bedrooms of about 700sf ft will be priced from the $730K range and Specialty Units (Bungalows, 2 bedrooms, etc.) go from over a million. At this point in time - there will be about 500 units being offered as hotel condos.
